Hollandaise is actually better tho. And imho for all usecases of mayo, Hollandaise is better.
Not unusual to use it in place of butter when toasting bread.
Though, it is probably consumed uncooked far more often.
It’s great on the outside of a grilled cheese.
I prefer cooked licorice.
