At least in the US the restrictions are vastly overstated.

Populist candidates only succeed when there is massive discontent among voters. If either party had attempted to work for their voters he would be irrelevant. Arguing the people that caused the problem need more power is a non starter for me.
The two parties aren’t democratic though. More so the Democrats who have a primary where the party still ultimately decides the winner with super delegates.
You should have a nest egg by then that even in a crash, a year of withdrawal isn’t significant
You don’t have to choose, just keep saving and investing for 30 years.
Related, I tire of explaining tax deductions are over valued. It’s a net loss to you to spend money on something deductable and claim the deduction. If you have $100, the government takes $20 and you get $80. If you give that $100 to charity, you have $0, the government gets $0, and the charity has $100.
Deductions are only good if you value the thing that the money went to.
You need to have enough to make it worthwhile over the standard deduction. That’s 14.6k in donations, mortgage interest, state taxes paid, and other things like that.
My bigger concern is the state using AI created fake data. It’s far harder to stop that, as false confessions and coerced confessions are already a problem. The process can’t really catch it, because it’s the people in charge of the process doing it.
Was this some sort of fetish Meetup house? I don’t believe people can live in a house like that day to day.
My wife shot down Matias.
I’d never pick a name that uses “eigh” instead of “y” also never Keith.
That seems like a poor excuse, every country experienced rationing and they didn’t revert to awful food. There’s even a few dishes like fried spam and ramen that are actually pretty good.
The wonderful green country with cities so polluted you can’t see across the street due to smog on some days
The more impressive thing is how the British had a global empire for roughly 400 years, and their cuisine remained awful.
Fusion will likely happen in this century. Fission is a great temporary power source to get us there alongside renewables.
Apple engages in anti competitive practices, I’m not sure they need to be broken up as much as the US needs to follow the EU and mandate third party app stores, standard connectors, and interoperability.
It shouldn’t be too hard to clean them with something running on the tracks, but it does seem less than ideal.
Covering parking lots is expensive and you lose spots to supports and there’s the inevitable car hitting those supports.
Putting panels between rail lines doesn’t need a structure so it should be far cheaper and easier to install and fix, even if they aren’t ideal.
It’s overstated because this age is the end of ignorance. We now know about events from everywhere around the world almost instantly. At a global level something terrible is always happening. Even just 30 years ago that wasn’t really the case, things still happened but it wasn’t as widely known. Humans haven’t learned how to process information across a global scope, which leads to increased panic and uncertainty.
What this means in grade school.
5-10 kids bored because the lesson is far too slow.
5-10 kids actively disrupting the class.
10-15 kids actually learning despite interruption.
30 kids learning some parts of the lesson, would benefit significantly from reduced distraction or increased attention.
20-25 kids that aren’t getting it and need significant attention to understand the lesson.
10-15 kids that are hopelessly struggling and have no chance of learning in such an environment.
They just hired the same painter every landlord uses.
