But… but… what about infinite growth??
But… but… what about infinite growth??
I’m using Firefox as my only browser. If everything works in Firefox that’s fine for me.
That’s the best advantage of only making websites / web applications for fun (for friend groups, video games, family etc)
The groups of cats I know accept each other but that’s it. Most cats I know, especially wild cats, are on their own.
Meta probably is the hardest one given that in many influencal countries WhatsApp is the app everyone uses for communication
Oh right in the USA there are mostly automatic cars

Damn
Rothbard opposed egalitarianism and the civil rights movement, and blamed women’s voting and activism for the growth of the welfare state.[24][25][10][11] He promoted historical revisionism and befriended the Holocaust denier Harry Elmer Barnes.[26][27][28] Later in his career, Rothbard advocated a libertarian alliance with paleoconservatism (which he called paleolibertarianism), favoring right-wing populism and describing David Duke and Joseph McCarthy as models for political strategy.[29][30][24][31] In the 2010s, he received renewed attention as an influence on the alt-right.[32][10][33][34]
Oh and bicycling also wasn’t popular in Europe when my grandfather was young (50s/60s), when you were cycling people thought you were too poor to buy a motorcycle. But mindsets can change, now bicycling is hugely popular both for moving around (especially in cities) and for sports.
(That’s why I said if you had safe bicycle lanes. But are there no local politicians who’d be willing to do anything about that? A gravel road isn’t that expensive and would suffice.)

Germany is one of the few countries that actually very critically review their own history and spend a lot of effort on teaching younger generations the horrors of war (and of national socialism obviously).
(Meanwhile Japan just recently wanted Germany to remove a memorial statue for the women in Japanese prostitution camps, and made a contract with China to remove one there)
„Nie wieder“ - “never again”
Playing an instrument, regularly going to a sports club and regularly doing cardio is great for me
Those distances would be perfect for a bicycle if you had save bicycle lanes
It’ll get better, Reddit just is over a decade ahead in posts so it obviously has much more.
Phone: Screen protector, protective case
30€ but still: raspberry pi (v4, 2 GB RAM)
Quit using Reddit for like a year after the API changes, then used it again for like a week primarily to search for an alternative (… Reddit sadly still is best for searching information), used both for a while before I stopped using it again, this time primarily because it’s overrun by bots and the first party app is absolutely awful and I still heavily dislike their API decisions.
Only Lemmy now :)
I’m also a huge open source fan
And the brain drain on Reddit is real.
Random Austrian town with a couple hundred inhabitants, our Church is about 900 years old. So glad it didn’t get bombed, lots of churches were destroyed through English bombs in ww2 since civilians were seeking shelter there (in response to Germany bombing English cities, also killing lots of civilians there).
I suppose you’re wearing baggy clothes? Because I’ve never had this issue despite running and cycling a lot
Unrelated but does Eternity correctly support Links now? (to comments / threads)
This drove me to Jerboa, but I prefer Eternity’s UI so I’d be pleased to go back if that’s fixed.
