  • In my late teens one of my friend gave me thumb stick with some poorly tagged mp3 mess. It was mostly black metal which I kind of liked (still do, some of it, sometimes when the mood is right). Years later I found out it was compilation of some NSBM bullshit. Not that it mattered in lyrics, as it was allindistinguishable, impossible to hear in true black metal “recorded band jam on a tape in one go from room next door” style, but still… People producing that pretty good music were probably the most degenerate retards in their countries (from USA, through France to Russia).

  • I don’t know, but it might be the time when I ran out of ideas of what to get for christmas. As a kid I always wanted something like cars, lego, sport stuff, bike, whatever came to my mind. I rarely got those things, but my mind was always in “I want that” mode. But growing up I realized I don’t need most those things and also that my parents tried hard to get me at least something so I just “gave up” and asked for actually useful stuff (clothing, socks, etc).

  • Same here. I grew up in time and place where english was almost non existent for normal people. Then computers came, but they were gray bricks with no sound output outside PC speaker “beep beep”. But the language was there already. For many years english was just written form with zero pronounciation for me. And once we finally got teacher that actually could speak (and who wasn’t one lecture ahead of us) it was almost too late. That’s why I uderstand quite well, especially written text, but once I have to speak myself… people think I came from stone age or something.
