Weren’t they FPGAs?
Weren’t they FPGAs?
I heard even though Pop os is ubuntu based, they use different power management. I’m mainly a desktop user so I can’t quantitativly comment on battery life.
Bookmarks my friend, bookmarks.
I only used ax200 and it worked much better than the integrated realtek solution using the same antennas. Driver support was the main difference, I believe.
AMD for platform, Intel for NIC (and optane SSD)
Best combo IMO.
The problem is taxation for the employer usually. But you can become self employed and pay your taxes locally as your own employer and invoice your sercices to the company you work with.
This is what I did some years ago without moving borders.
Nobody expects the “4 elephants” GPU.
Will Copilot+ PC experiences come to devices powered by AMD or Intel processors? Yes. We are partnering with Intel and AMD to bring Copilot+ PC experiences to PCs with their processors in the future.
I’d give it a year at most till this comes to desktops.
I can’t give an exact figure for c-suits nor how you could arrive at one. But their contribution is not worth orders of magnitudes more, I’m certain of that. Even the smartest and most hardworking person can’t do 1000x what an average worker does.
As for why I think I’m overpaid? I can currently save ~90% of my earnings, working just 6 hr a week. That’s not typical. Don’t get me wrong, I’m really glad to have this and I wish others could too.
If everyone got what their work was worth then the company couldn’t make profit as each individual’s contribution and pay would scale proportinally.
And since there are people who are overpaid (eg I) there will always be more underpaid people in total.
Just as body weight depends on calories in/out (work/pay) at the end, but what’s inside the diet (compensation package) is still important. (even though you could lose weight while only eating junk food, you shouldn’t)
I might just be the idiot here, but this is how it makes sense to me.
I’m doing just fine with my bio body…
The USB-C pulling double duty for an audio port means it wears out faster. If the port needs replacement sooner, then that goes against their e-waste reduction goals. But look, they have ear buds!
Great, more batteries, more points of failure. Simple is best. I want my wired headphones.
So I could choose, get replecement parts for my current phone (charging board + battery) for 40 eur. Or get a new fairphone for 700 eur, downgrading my battery by 40% and throwing away a functional phone.
The second biggest dealbreaker for me after the small battery.
Ok, they have a USB-C to jack dongle, but guess what USB-C port’s wearout is the reason I was looking for a new phone in the first place.
And where are the legal criminal aliens and the illegal law-abiding aliens?
