I want that keyboard.

I’ve always been sort of vaguely curious what car company CEOs drive, if/when they aren’t just being chauffeured around in the company limo. Like, what’s in their garage, and if left to their own devices, what would they drive around in to run get groceries or go out to eat or whatever.

Moreso the “regular” car brands than the luxury ones. Like I assume the head of Porsche drives a high end Cayenne or 911 (or both), so that’s less interesting.

But, like, does the CEO of Chevrolet drive a Chevrolet? Does he have a maxed out Suburban? Or does he step up to the Escalade, even if it’s from a different division? Or does he eschew GM entirely and go for the Rolls/Bentley, or a pasta rocket?

In this case, it looks like Ford’s CEO is driving the direct competition, which is interesting. Makes sense, I suppose, though it’s not at all the answer I expected.

Yup, same. Upgraded from P6 to P7 for $20 a couple Black Fridays ago. The P7 is starting to get a little wonky, so I’m waiting to see what the sales look like this year, it’ll almost certainly be either a Pixel 9 or Nothing Phone (2).

No idea. Yamaha was doing pianos long before they were doing motorcycles, so it can’t be them. I can’t think of a company that started with motorcycles and then moved into pianos.

I had this dumb idea last year after I noticed quite a few song titles started with “all my friends,” decided to come back to it today and clean it up and reorder the songs to tell a story. Kinda. I mean, its a dumb story, let’s be real here.

Runners up that didn’t make the cut because their titles didn’t start with exactly “All My Friends”:

• Less Than Jake - All My Best Friends Are Metalheads
• Hank Williams Jr - All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight

There are also a couple songs called simply “All My Friends” but I was going for the things all my friends are, or are doing, so those didn’t get included either.

And there are multiple versions of some of them, as well as, I’m sure, a handful more songs that start with it that I didn’t catch. If your very favorite song in the whole world starts with “all my friends” and I missed it, I’m sorry about that.

I was skeptical of ligatures at first, too, it took me awhile to warm up to it. But yeah, love me some Fira Code now.

Hell, I’d permanently lose interest in working for a measly $55 billion.

I like how Thomas Andrews and Stockton Rush are right next to each other on that list. Kinda poetic.

I dunno. I changed nothing else at all, updated PIF, rebooted phone, opened Messages, and like, it was immediately in rcs mode. It even received a couple old messages that has apparently been waiting on it to finally connect. Certainly possible that it was something else, maybe updating PIF happened to flush a cache somewhere, I dunno. If it wasn’t PIF directly, it was either a huge coincidence or some other indirect side effect of updating, cuz that was the only thing I touched, and it magically fixed the problem for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Play Integrity Fix magisk module fixes it. For now, anyway. I had PIF 15.1 previously and my RCS stopped working a few weeks ago. I just updated to 15.9.2 and now it’s working again. I imagine it’ll be a cat and mouse game like everything else having to do with rooted phones.

I assume it’s roughly the same feeling programmers get when some TV character “creates a GUI interface using visual basic to track the killer’s IP address.”
