

Everything @[email protected] said. For me I used a website to book 6 consultations with different therapists (15 minutes each) to figure out who I like that could work with my insurance, too. Having quick chats helped me figure out who was good for me and I’ve been seeing them ever since.




I shared ahead of time some of the things I wanted to work on. They discussed with me their approach to therapy. It was quick to shorten the list by comparing how easy they were to talk to, and how much I felt heard when talking to them.
