Interesting. I never thought of that before. Thanks!

I sign this as well. It’s literally a character difference and there is no ambiguity at all. There is no downside.

I was dying of laughter when they are just randomly falling down, when the ref randomly grabbed those two like little kids to keep them from running off, and then ones being carried out on a stretcher.

If you want 5 million books to train your AI to make you money, you can just steal them and reap benefits of other’s work. No need to buy 5 million copies!

Jesus, dude. And for the record, I’m not suggesting people steal things. I am saying that companies shouldn’t get away with shittiness just because.

That episode made my wife and I really hope this tech never becomes a thing.

Or perhaps a predecessor that basically was an instruction list of how to take out America (make schools dumber, sow racism, etc) through infiltration or something.
Now they are Fox News worshipers and very much in line with Trump and his policies. They are exactly the people that have fallen for this plan and it’s maddening because they fucking KNOW about it

WindyRebel@lemmy.worldto Technology@lemmy.world•Iran asks its people to delete WhatsAppEnglish63·18 days agoHuh? I was curious about this and looked up the wikis only. However, WhatsApp initial release was 16 years ago and Signal initial release was 10 years ago. It also appears in the history that WhatsApp had a version on iOS in 2009 while Signal didn’t have anything for Android until 2010 (under Whisper I believe).
I’m trying to figure out how either is a clone of the other when they were developed around the same times. It seems the idea was just a similar idea from two different entities.

House of Reps are in 2026, and there are all sorts of state and local things so I assume they are meaning all of that.
If shit starts flipping blue everywhere, the R’s will either back off and play defense or escalate and have a lot more opposition. Hopefully more opposition?
