Not really. Sometimes I’m there from search results but never logged in. Rif was reddit for me.

I understand the frustration but Goodwill sells all that stuff to support it’s job training and skills program. Here’s the mission statement . Most people see it’s value as a place to donate old stuff or to buy used clothes cheaply but the organization sees it’s purpose differently.
Sounds like the guys that sell limited edition newly minted coins on Fox News commercials.
Me too. I went Google reader to feedly and have been there since
Can’t you export your library / media settings and only have to change file paths or mnt points?
I’m adding debian to the drive on a ten plus year old laptop as we speak. It’s taking forever because I have to do part of it manually but usually it takes less than an hour and is mostly idiot proof (my current project is on its 3rd week so I am just a special kind of idiot) but a small lightweight distro alongside the windows partition is an easy way to give old hardware new life without migrating data.
If you take out “by their creator” you need to remove or change “endowed”
That’s really nuts to me when I run into it in the wild. It’s so easy and such a qol upgrade. I know a guy who self hosts a bunch of services, programming job, but does not use any ad block at all. He’s on the computer all day. Just looking at ads.
To give some perspective on this, I’ve lived for the last three months in a camper with a DC fridge. 1350 watt battery. The rtg at 110w/hr would keep my battery charged. 50 watt tv, 72 watt fridge, 24 watt starlink plus lights and waterpump. It would be just enough for me to live on I’d say.
Eat it whole. People who see me eat kiwis think I’m messing with them. I’ve never know different
I think you need to do some more reading. But you’ll do fastboot unlock ( enable unlock in developer settings) then adb to install your recovery (twrp or whatever for that version) then flash your rom.
I keep my dropouts free ebooks in Dropbox and use moonreader + to read them and sync across devices. Until I lost my library in a hdd failure I had 10k books self hosted with calibre and that was straight forward and worked well. I do also use Google Books for things I buy and like it although it lacks some QoL features of moonreader
I think you’re misunderstanding the word “order.” They mean order like “Dr’s Orders” not like the Dr is generating requests to the drug warehouse.
I had never heard of those until now. 5 1/4 disk size with 230 mb sounds pretty sweet
I use libby and have three cards. My county library, my city and a city I used to live in. Between those three I almost constantly have new books to read. I’ve read 19 book so far this year. All of them new release literary fiction and 16 of them through libby. With the right card it is really good. I went from dling 10 books a month to 1 a month so far this year.
Pagers also work even in parts of the hospital that cell phones don’t for whatever reason. At least last time I had a hospital pager a few years ago. Now a lot of places use commercial solutions like vocera that also work everywhere and allow two way voice comms.
Not to be too tinfoil hatty but is this a case of counterfeits or tech giants attempting to flood the zone
I had a text message screening after applying to a job the other day. I used the keywords and got through the ai I guess and then answered text message questions for a while. I’d worked for this company before and last time that first round screening was done by a person over the phone. No real point just my experience being back in the job market after 8 years.
Thanks! This is a great project
My phone for today says 3 hours and i haven’t watched any TV. So me I guess. Yesterday said 3.5 but I watched part of a baseball game so it probably totaled 4.5. I think most days I’d be under four hours of total screen time. I’d be under everyday for sure if we excepted reading. Moonreader+ has 2 of my three hours. The rest is feed reader and jerboa.
