Not really. It depends on what it is. There are entire games and items that aren’t available in the US, but make a killing in Asia.

On that game, the US comes in at 7th, is less than half of the top country (Japan) and is notably behind Switzerland.

For Tik Tok specifically, we can look at their annual reports.

Let’s look at average annual users per region. 682M in Asia Pacific, which does not include China. 192M in North America.

China’s numbers are 750M daily.

I don’t think most of their money comes from the US.

We also have that in Michigan. You still see bottles and cans places. Historically, there have a lot of ‘reward programs’ that incentivised keeping bottle caps separate (either from the company or occasionally locally for reasons). I also distinctly remember it being advertised that bottle needed to be capless for recycling, so we always removed the caps and tossed them. Only recently have I seen verbiage on bottles requesting them to be recycled with caps on, which I usually forget to do because it’s habit to toss the caps.

See, I hate crust, so I don’t really care about it. It’s all about how good the filling is.

Usually the thick pies aren’t that great to me, but mine comes out with a very light consistency so that’s probably why.

Most store bought pies suck though and none of them use cardamom, which is really the key to a great pumpkin pie.

I hate mesh chairs. They’re always freezing and never have enough support.

I have two ergoCentric Executive chairs, one in my office that work purchased after having me try out chairs and one at home that I bought myself because that chair is fucking comfy as hell. Fabric, padded, and comfy.

How? They taste nothing alike and have completely different consistency.

Weird, about half of the sales during that time period for me were with plastic, but I lived in a city, so maybe that’s the difference.

I’m glad my childhood beliefs are that Xmas cards should go out on December 1st and that you never directly refer to money someone gave you in a thank you card, but thank them for the generous gift.
