McKinsey is honestly scarier. They may not be a household name like the others, but look them up. They are frightening.

Scope containment is a good way of describing it. Have you seen Samurai Flamenco? It may be there most ridiculous example of that I’ve seen.
The person who said “He looks like he’s playing with a child who keeps giving him stuff” nailed it.
But they’ll still sell you a $180 USB C cable that’s no different than one you can get for $75 and has all of it’s labels.
Sorry, best we can do is one more streaming app on your smart TV.
She was what conservatives think bleeding hearts are. Also liberals put people in jail all of the time, look at Kamala’s history.
New kid on the block always flew off the handle and went with his gut feeling. He was constantly using excessive force and beating up suspects. Even when it seemed like he went to far they would ultimately find out that whoever he beat up was a “piece of shit criminal” and they deserved it. The sister who was a DA and tried to get them to follow the rules was played as a bleeding heart liberal, and would get herself or others in trouble from being too soft on crime. She was also portrayed as a “ball busting bitch” with a chip on her shoulder. Grandpa was a racist fuck that everyone justified as that’s just grandpa, he’s from a different time.
Eternal Sonata
Why did I read that whole thing? I could have stopped at any point, but I couldn’t look away, like a train wreck.
I’m not trying to protect lenovo. I think they are a shit company now, and I should have some my research better before buying my computer, but they aren’t the only ones doing this. Anyone who’s done BIOS updates knows that shouldn’t be done automatically, but manufacturers and Microsoft seem to think it’s a good idea to push it through automatic updates.
I had windows update try to brick the BIOS on my Lenovo workstation recently. I can’t believe Microsoft and manufacturers do this kind of shit. Luckily my workstation had dual BIOS so I could recover it. Between that and the fact that lenovo manufacturer locks their processors I would have waited until I could afford a supermicro had I known.
I like Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett’s version of Baby It’s Cold Outside. I try to avoid most other Christmas songs, but especially Mariah Carey. I also worked in a department store for five years, so lots of bad memories of Christmas songs for months.
The recent update on my Motorola made sure to tell me how awesome it is that it has per app volume control. My Nokia N9 was made in 2011 and had individual application volume control out of the box.
See there’s the problem right there. They shouldn’t have sold the robot. It should have been a subscription model, with micro transactions. That would have kept the investors flocking in.
I’d like to say this is sarcasm, but unfortunately it’s the most likely lesson these ghouls will learn from this.
Tank Girl
I rewatch “New Rose Hotel” every once in a while trying to like it. It’s a William Gibson story set in the Neuromancer universe. It stars Willem Dafoe, Christopher Walken, and Asia Argento. It should be good, but it absolutely is not.
Getting big Steve Jobs “you’re holding it wrong” vibes.
Rooftop units might not be the least expressive, but they are absolutely the way to go. The less we rely on the utilities, the more demand we take off of their adding grid, that they refuse to upgrade. It also means more energy independence. A friend of mine has a small rooftop setup that has completely offset his electricity isn’t to the punt that he bought a plugin hybrid that never goes out battery for his day to day travels and costs him nothing to charge.
My crush from that game was Momo.
But Peco would be the true hear me out.
