- Worldwide decentralized Servers -> red
- Venture Capital Funding -> green

That’s quiet an old review. The most obvious concern: Verifying a contact has been implemented. As you can see in the Messenger-Matrix by the same Author.
Signal stores your encryption key on their servers…
That would surprise me. What’s your source for this?
Why is this down voted so much? I don’t really have a use case for it, but seems like a decent tool to securely get a single Password from a person with whom you don’t plan to set up a more private way of communication.
This is likely part of Frustration-Free Setup.
