You have to feel sorry for them, though. Those guys are just asset rich and cash poor… that’s why the UK needs to not tax them so much and, instead, cut the benefits of those sponging disabled and poor who don’t own anything. The answer is increasingly progressive tax on ANY income (including investment income, capital gains etc) rather than different rates of tax to different income streams.
The answer is abolish the monarchy and socialize the aristocracy’s land ownership.
