I wish they sold an official prop for this, but at this point I assume it’s not happening. Maybe one day I’ll get an etsy one.

I absolutely adore the art styling of the Loki show, half the time while watching it I was focused on background props. I hate to say it, but one of the reasons I bought the 1:6 TVA Loki figure is that it comes with a tempad and TVA computer.

That’s a fan recreation, but still.

Oh man. I didn’t know he came with a computer and miss minutes as well!!

I recently got the Artbook for season 1. I will wait until the price for season 2 art book drops before I get it.

God I love movie props so bad. I wanted a real pokidex so fucking bad when I was a kid. TBH I bet you could make a real one with a raspberry pi that scrolls through menus with animations and shit.

There have been several Pokédex reproduction props but I’m pretty sure they’ve all been pretty cheap. I think there was a Pokédex-styled Nintendo DS at one point though, which was pretty cool.

EDIT: turns out what I was thinking of was a fan project:

I definitely have seen people make some over the years. Why there isn’t an official one is beyond me.

I used to work with a guy who had a calculator from the 70’s that had wood paneling on it. I asked him why he still used a tiny calculator from the 70’s and he said because it cost him a ton of money back then. Apparently calculators were quite expensive in the 70’s. It was a pretty nice looking calculator, brass and wood.

It also has a screen on the other side where it’s mostly used as a touch screen. You can see it better in this render. https://youtu.be/5wm-iVdj0Wo?si=ZL1YUSR74D-yJ9gQ

In the series it’s never really explained how they work.

Yep. I am not exactly sure why it needs to open up just to have an odd number pad. Or why it needs a track pad if it’s already a touch screen other than it looks cool.
