I work in telecom, so no win there unless my family is ready to be homeless.

My team was just handed a Java 1.2 codebase, we are deploying it (mostly as is) to production next week.

The amount of time and skill it takes to write excellent and accessible documentation is just not reasonable for most developers, unless you have dedicated technical writers or it’s a personal project without true deadlines.

Unfortunately it actually just means less computer literacy. If you can’t use a computer you just stay on your phone.
