Cook for your wife at least once a week no exceptions. Not takeout. Cook a meal. If she works also, then cooking and cleaning responsibilities should be split 50%.

It’s probably highly specific to how much money somebody makes. If my monthly paycheck is $2000, and you give me $1000, I would use that to get ahead by a half a month. If I make $10k a month and you give me $1000, getting ahead by a tenth of a month won’t do much. So hookers and blow all day.

It’s crazy that people still use Facebook. But I bet even if you don’t use it, you’re still producing value for them when browsing unrelated websites.

The show Alien Earth presents a future that seems very much where we are headed. Countries replaced by corporations. One trillion dollars is a good start.

Makes sense. I have used AI for software development tasks such as manipulating SQL queries and XML files (tedious things) and am always disappointed with how AI will misinterpret some things. But it’s obvious with those when the requests fail. But for things like “the news” where there is no QA team to point out the defect, it will be much harder to notice. And when AI starts (or continues) to use AI generated posts as sources, it will get much worse.

Unfortunately, it’s gonna get bad before it gets worse.
