  • People have been denied entry to the US because they said they were going to house sit. To the law that’s considered work for accommodation. Immigration has every right to deny you entry. Doesn’t matter if you guys agree with it or not.

    Just never say you are doing chores or work in exchange for accommodation to any border cop in any country. So never say you do homestay or are housesitting. It will get you kicked out in many countries not just the US and Canada.

    Also this article just proves to only cross the US border by airplane. It seems that every tourist that is in an ICE detention center crossed the border on land.

    If she landed in Vancouver she would’ve been send home by plane. Also I bet she wouldn’t have been caught if she went trough immigration at the airport. Canadian immigration cops are a lot stricter at the borders than at the airport.



  • Also most of Nintendo’s target audience has no idea that the Steam Deck exists. Like if a kid asks their parents for a Switch 2 the parents aren’t going to suggest the Steam Deck since they don’t know what it is. Nintendo does a shit ton of traditional advertising, the Nintendo brand has an enormous mind share among the general audience. The mind share for Steam is almost non existent outside of PC gamers.

    And many kids I know who play PC games don’t even have Steam installed. Since they only play Roblox and Fortnite on their PC. Nintendo is not competing with the Steam Deck. Their real competition is Apple and Android because of Fortnite, Roblox and TikTok.




  • I have a Nuki this one still works with a normal key, since you install it on top of your existing double cylinder (you should only install it on one that can have two keys inserted at the same time or with a turn knob on one side). The Nuki just turns the key or thumb turn of the cylinder. Also means you can’t see that a smart lock is installed from the outside. Battery is not a problem since they last for about 5 months. And you get a warning when it reaches 20%.






  • Lift weights and eat proteins. Increasing your leg muscles will gain you several kilos. For protein you can just supplement with pea protein isolate. Has the same effect as protein from meat and you don’t need to eat massive amounts of veggies to hit that target protein intake. For fats you can eat macadamia nuts and pecan trough out the whole day. Like macadamia nuts are about 75% fat. Don’t gain weight through carbs. Yes it’s the fastest way but it’s also the unhealthiest way. It will just fuck up your blood sugars and increase your chances to become a diabetic. Sure carb load if you need to run a marathon in a few days. But doing it frequently will only damage your body.
