I agree it can get extremist. I’m left in some areas, right in others so I just keep my opinions to myself. I’ve found generally when I say anything that isn’t extreme left I get some nasty comments. It’s a shame cos I love balanced and reasonable conversations with people.

I hear you. Emotional dysregulation is hard and children in abusive homes often struggle with it. It can effect how we see the world and how people see us. Best thing you can do is take ownership and start working on it with counselling.

Men are often failed, that’s totally true. They’re also harmed by patriarchy eg being told to “man up” leading to them not seeing a doctor, work on themselves etc.

Ive read up on this and I’m a DA outreach worker so I have experience. A common theme with the Manosphere is blame shifting, and refusing to take action on their issues. Their mindset is wrong, and they don’t help themselves.

I personally don’t give to cancer cos they get loads of donations. Charity tins, sponsored runs, direct debit etc people often choose cancer. I sponsor a kid with action aid and donate to Womens Aid cos they do great work with children.
