  • Those lights are supposed to be a sealed assembly, so if there’s condensation then you need to replace the assembly. If the shop didn’t replace the assembly themselves then they’re never going to accept responsibility for an original post-collision taillight assembly.

It’s worth looking up the cost of a replacement assembly part and watching a video on how to replace before you decide to go back to the shop though. I don’t know about your car specifically, you’ll have to do the research, but on most cars I’ve worked on this is an easy repair. Good luck

  • Funny how the Internet is a tool to be able to look up the context in only a few minutes.

Can’t talk, too busy vetting the distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers and partners to those distributors and manufacturers of every item and service that I own or otherwise use for reprehensible behavior or views.

Look I get what you’re saying but we’re not omnipotent. I’m sure there’s probably some product that you use that’s tied to a pedo or a racist or something that you’re simply not aware of yet. I’m also not defending Mr beast, frankly I only have the vaguest idea who he is.

  • Not to mention, really hard tires would have very poor grip. The rubber needs to be a bit softer to squish around all of the little imperfections in the road, technically increasing the contact area and providing a little lateral bracing (probably not the right term so I hope I’m making sense). This is why a lot of performance tires have shorter lifespans then other tire types, because in addition to a different tread pattern, they also often use a softer, “stickier” rubber, which wears out faster.

  • You’d probably be better off using your phone for taking photos of papers. Better camera, better angle/lighting, generally better editing options (with default photo apps, imo Photoshop is overkill for taking a picture of a document, generally I only adjust brightness and contrast). The only downside is needing to get the photo to the laptop, but there’s about a million ways to do that depending on your setup.
