Can confirm. Someone put several hits in my beer when I was twenty. I did not enjoy it. I did in fact start violently questioning everyone who was there about it for the next few months. Read a great book by Micheal Pollan, *How to change your mind. *The problem is psychedelic effects need proper setting and context for users to get a positive experience. Just poisoning people will not work as intended. But put Nixon in context, he inherited Vietnam from Kennedy, he started the war on Cancer, he even started a plan for universal healthcare that was rebranded Obamacare. While he is quite villanized, there have been worse Presidents since him.
