    I wonder how it would look if it were a moose population density visualization. Who has more moose per square mile, Alaska or Maine?

    I almost had this half-baked thought about the northwestern moose population being separated from the ones in the northeast, but then I remembered that they don’t need passports to get into Canada.

      Mostly in the northwest but yeah - 95 sightings this year, you can even track them on a map on the DEEP website.
